Who We Are
MCA Men's Circle is a community for men at McKinney Christian Academy. No pretense. No pressure. Just men showing up for each other, their kids, and their school.
Any man connected to MCA is welcome — dads, step-dads, and granddads, plus teachers and staff — whether or not you have a child at the school, and no matter how long you’ve been here.
Joining is simple. Our communication happens on Slack, and our business directory is just a link. We keep it easy on purpose.
We're building toward a community where every man at MCA has at least two other men he can call on — and a group he's glad to be part of.

How We Run
We're volunteer-led. Everyone has a role if they want one.
Oversees vision, direction, and communication. The main point of contact for MCA administration and the group.
Plans and executes events from start to finish — coordinates logistics, venues, and volunteers for each gathering.
Organizes prayer meetups, ministry opportunities, and service projects throughout the year.
Keeps Slack active and engaging — handles announcements, posts, and keeps the group energy alive between events.
Manages the business directory, keeps member info current, and facilitates the weekly member spotlight emails.
Leads correspondence between teachers and the group and coordinates involvement in class activities and events.
Grade-Level Reps
Each grade has a dedicated rep who connects families, surfaces what matters, and keeps the group plugged in at the classroom level. Don't see your grade rep yet? Reach out to Erik to get involved.
